AMTA is proud to present Kenneth E. Brusicia as the 2011 Sears lecturer. Dr. Bruscia is Professor Emeritus of Music Therapy at Temple University (Philadelphia, PA – USA), where he has taught undergraduate and graduate students for 37 years. Board-certified as a music therapist, and Fellow of the Association for Music and Imagery, he has worked clinically with diverse clientele, and has authored or edited numerous books, clinical articles, and research studies.

In addition to our Sears lecturer, Pre-Conference Institutes, Trainings, Continuing Education courses and over 200 educational concurrent sessions will be presented by a wide variety of speakers from around the world. Over 200 professionals will represent a variety of work settings and populations as they offer tools, best practices, practical information and practice expertise in the profession of music therapy.
