Speaker Information

Presenter: Ebony L Davis MSW, MPA, LCSW-C

Ms. Davis is a trauma-informed organizational development consultant specializing in creating workforce interventions for equity and wellness. Ms. Davis' has over ten years of experience working with and developing programs for at-risk youths. She has also served as the Deputy Project Director for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Women, Children and Families contract and as a Social Worker with the Office of the Public Defender. She has a particular passion for creating programs that builds pathways for disenfranchised populations to obtain economic, social and political equity. During her free time, she served as the Chair for the City of Rockville's Human Rights Commission focusing on civic engagement and diversity and inclusion issues. She received her Master of Social Work and Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and her Bachelor's of Arts – Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
