NEW CONSUMER WEBSITE - As you know, our consumer website www.OHmanufacturedhomes.com is live and quickly climbing the search engines as the top site for manufactured home information in Ohio.  Be sure your listing is updated and you are gathering those leads!  If you are having trouble feel free to contact jhong@manufacturedhomes.com. Also, please remember this website and contact information is separate from the OMHA database we will continue to work together but we realize there may be different contacts in each ex: primary contact vs employee responding to leads.

EDUCATION EVENTS –  This year we are going to celebrate our 75th Anniversary by hosting a on a BEST PRACTICES& INDUSTRY UPDATE seminar for all members.  Featured Topics and Speakers  to date are:

· Elizabeth Birch: Legal Updates and Best Practices for communities & retailers.

· Rick Robinson, MH.com:  Sales & marketing tips including a website tutorial and making the most our of your leads.

· Dept of Commerce Update: Talk to You Regulators! Updates on Dealer, Titles, Sales, MH Installation, & Park Inspections.

INSTALLER TRAINING – OMHA will again offer its Installer and inspector training for your Ohio Department of Commerce MH License.  This year SKYLINE HOMES has generously offered to host a Manufacturer Site Tour!  The in-class portion of the agenda would be held a nearby by facility (Likely Carlisle Inn in Sugar Creek) then end at the Skyline Plant for talk and tour.  This class will be held be in early spring, more information to follow!   

GOLF OUTING - Lastly, we will also offer opportunities to sponsor or attend our golf outing on June 19, 2023 at Pinnacle Golf Club. This is a great day to sit in on a board meeting and network with some of the industry’s top professionals.  Mark your calendar!
