Individual Student Membership is available to any student attending any North American college or university full-time in an industrial design or design-related degree program. Student members may identify themselves as "Student Member, IDSA." They may neither vote nor be elected as officers or chapter officers.
Members of IDSA-affiliated student chapters are not IDSA members, but can become IDSA members by joining as Individual Student Members. Individual Student Members do not need to belong to a student chapter.
Students applying for Individual Student Membership must complete the information below and email a copy of current student ID to JillR@idsa.org or fax to 703-787-8501.
IDSA Student Members agree to abide by the Society's Bylaws and applicable policies and procedures including the Society's Code of Ethics.
To qualify as a Student Member, you must answer YES to this question:
• Are you currently enrolled as a full-time student in a North American college or university in industrial design or a related field?
