This joint publication by the NASPA–Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education’s Research and Policy Institute and the Culturally Engaging Campus Environments (CECE) Project at Indiana University adds to the scholarship focused on actions that institutions can take to redesign campus environments to allow diverse student populations to thrive in college. The report provides an overview of the CECE Model and Survey, which are grounded in the substantial body of research on factors that promote success among racially diverse undergraduate populations.
