Course Description
Learn the major drivers of shopper loyalty across the major retail channels of grocery, pharmacy, mass, dollar, and convenience. This article identifies the six major behavioral segments of shopper motivation and provides strategies for appealing to these segments. The article also provides strategies for each of the channels to leverage the major loyalty drivers. Also, for each channel, the study compares the performance of a number of United States retailers in the major loyalty drivers.

 

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  1. Identify six major segments of shopper behavior and strategies.
  2. Identify strategies for appealing to the various shopper behavior segments.
  3. Identify the major drivers of shopper loyalty for each of the retail channels.
  4. Identify strategies for leveraging loyalty drivers in the major retail channels.
