Upon successful completion of a MCEC Professional Development Institute, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.  MCEC will verify your completion by review of the sign in sheets, provided at the Institute.  To be awarded credits, applicants must complete 6 seat hours.  For additional information, please click here .  Refunds will not be granted if seat time is not met.
