Explore an eight-week equine-assisted program for adults who have lasting effects of TBI, stroke and concussion. The program helps participants acquire enhanced resources and resiliency for improved recovery, and helps practitioners to gather and evaluate information regarding the effects, ramifications and prospects for long-term healing from TBI.
KATIE FALLON, founder and president of Bridle Paths in McLean, VA, is a PATH Intl. Certified Advanced TRI and ESMHL with 15 years of experience teaching and facilitating sessions for children and adults with a wide range of physical, cognitive, behavioral, emotional and other challenges. She is also certified as an equine specialist through EAGALA.
Iva Ward, MSW and certified brain injury specialist, she is an adult case manager with Brain Injury Services.
Sue Meck is a 30 year TBI survivor, author and musician.
