Regional Conference.
July 30, 2020
Observational Website UX Testing is a method of observing real users as they interact with and use your website. Learn more about the steps and techniques of this method and how one public library developed and implemented this method with minimal resources. This process can be both fun and informative and above all, it is an eye-opening window into our users and our websites!
