This session will cover important updates on key issues of importance to medical rehabilitation providers. It will address the President's budget, MedPAC recommendations, and the status ofthe FY 2020 FY 2019 IRF PPS final rule. It will also cover the latest trends in IRF data and implications of any changes to the IRF quality reporting program, as well as the implementation of a unified post-acute payment system (unified PAC PPS), and standardized patient assessment data elements (SPADE). In addition, it will provide an overview of the Medicare Advantage program and contractor activity.
