About the Editor
Victor R Preedy BSc, PhD, DSc, FRSB, FRSPH, FRCPath, FRSC is Professor of Nutritional Biochemistry at Kings College London and serves as Director of the Genomics Center. He received his PhD from the University of London. He is a leading expert on biomedical sciences and has a long-standing interest in nutrition, health and disease.
