This session will cover basic profiling metrics in use today as well as the WIFM (“What's In It For Me) for CDI and HIM staff. The session will dive deeper into the AHRQ Pediatric and Neonatal Safety Indicators and strategies for improvement:
1. Increased understanding of profiling
2. Increased understanding of AHRQ development and basic methodology
3. Knowledge of AHRQ PDI and NQI metrics
