For clinical documentation improvement (CDI) and coding professionals, understanding the ethical and compliant query process is key to success. The OP setting includes documentation diagnosis, evaluation and management, CPT, and OP procedure clarification. An AHIMA Practice Brief entitled “Guidelines for Physician Office Query Practice” (July 2018) provides important guidance that applies to query activities and processes in the outpatient setting. During this webinar, the presenters will:
