Merchandise Description

CRF conducted a survey of 523 respondents seeking input into issues such as technology usage, integration with other systems, the source of the technology (i. e., developed in-house, software purchase, etc.), general satisfaction with the technology, and likelihood of adoption in the near term if not currently in use. Additionally, CRF attempted to identify all providers of the various software solutions listed in this study. For the benefit of those interested in any specific technology represented in this publication, providers of the various technologies are listed so that they may be contacted directly to gain greater insight into the various software solutions. At the end of this publication is a directory of service providers including complete contact information. The book identifies various components in the O2C process that might be automated and explain how various software solutions might be implemented for each.

Survey results are then presented in three sections. Section I identifies by percent of respondents to the survey who are actually using each technology. Section II defines each of the technologies, recommends how they might be used as an automation tool in the O2C process, gives an in-depth analysis of how the tool is being used, how long it has been in use and seeks a general level of satisfaction with the software solution. It also identifies solution providers for each of the specific technologies. Section III presents the data showing the use of the various technologies as indicated by Business Sector, followed by a diagram indicating the use by Company Sales Volume.
