ETHICS - MAKING YOUR WAY THROUGH THE ETHICS HAZE: SELECTED TOPICS IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL AND ENERGY CONTEXT
The panel will discuss ethical issues arising from representing environmental and energy clients, including tribes and tribal enterprises. The issues covered will include potential positional conflict among clients, parent-subsidiary conflicts, unique tribal and tribal enterprise organizational structures and conflicts, the scope of representation and the allocation of authority between the client and the lawyer, and ethical issues arising with respect to confidential information.
