Session Description:

Great ideas and viable solutions just do not rain down from above.  Innovators are not necessarily born, they are made.  Innovation is not only an outcome but a process.  To that end, this session will review the necessary ingredients to successful innovation.  We will review the role innovators take in an organization in the Ten Faces of Innovation, obstacles to innovation in The Seven Deadly Sins, and how all efforts tie together in our lives in The Art of Innovation.
