Please take notice all webstore transactions will be paused while CRSI transitions to a new website and e-commerce solution. The planned service outage will begin December 6 and last until December 13.
To minimize data loss or transaction errors, please complete publication, event, and/or e-learning transactions on or before the December 5th. Rebar U (e-learning) will be available during the service outage by logging directly into e-learning portal at www.rebar-u.org. Rebar U courses can be purchased ahead of time and completed later in the month.
There will also be a new way of accessing your digital publications after the new systems go live. This new digital rights management system will make purchasing and viewing your digital publications much easier. PLEASE NOTE: At no time should your current digital publication purchases be unavailable during or after the service outage. Additional information on the digital publication transition will be forthcoming!

If you are purchasing a downloadable (PDF) item, please note CRSI publication PDFs require Adobe Acrobat/Reader and the FileOpen System plug-in be installed. You will receive two (2) email confirmations; a shopping confirmation and a FileOpen credentials confirmation. An initial login is required to view the file; information is supplied in the confirmation. All PDF files are single license unless the multi-device license is purchased.
PDF files permissions are view and comment ONLY except Standards documents. Restrictions include, but are not limited to file printing, editing, copying, and page extraction. CRSI PDF PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE!
If you have purchased or registered for a webinar or course, an email confirmation has been sent to the email address on file. Visit the "Rebar U" portal at www.rebar-u.org to login and begin the learning/continuing education activity.
CRSI Fabricator Members enrolling in the Detailer Training Program, please complete the checkout process of the Detailer Training Program (DTP) product by visiting the Members Only section. Your enrollment will be reviewed and you will receive an email confirmation once access is approved. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
Pricing Policy: CRSI reserves the right to revise any software or publication shown and change prices without notice and without incurring obligation. Member prices stated herein are only for CRSI members unless otherwise authorized.
Shipping Policy: Guaranteed delivery of all in-stock materials within two weeks after receipt of order. Orders placed after Noon (CST) will ship the following business day. A street address is required; PO boxes may incur delays or additional shipping costs.
Shipping charges vary. Please call 800-328-6306 for a quote if Next Day shipping is required.
Foreign orders notice: All orders outside the United States will ship via International Economy.
Return Policy: Returns and adjustments are accepted within 15 days of our date of shipment with no charge for restocking. Within 16-30 days, there is a 20% restocking charge. Over 30 days from our date of shipment, returns are not accepted. No returns or adjustments for foreign orders. All returns must be in original sellable condition. Please include a copy of the packing slip and a letter stating why you are returning your purchase. All returns must reach the CRSI office in resellable condition. CRSI is not responsible for damage during return shipping. Reimbursement is limited to the publication price when purchased. Failure to provide the requested information may cause a delay.
