The profiles of sexually sensitive and abused children usually involve a list of behaviors which are dangerous, unattractive and provocative. Problems such as public masturbation, seductive, promiscuous and aggressive sexual behavior towards peers and adults are uniquely challenging to the community, the agency, families, caretakers, and to the educational system. This presentation will offer a comprehensive model of care which addresses the underlying emotional issues, and which will provide information about skills for intervening therapeutically to interrupt negative behavioral patterns and the cycle of abuse. Through case presentation, differential diagnosis and consensus of treatment will be available for review.
