For the first time, NAHC has compiled three of the most requested videos celebrating home care and hospice into one collection, available on DVD or VHS format. Each video has been used to open NAHC Annual Meetings and features moving images of home care and hospice patients and workers including:
'God Bless America' featuring home care and hospice images with breathtaking landscapes from across the United States.
'Sending Me Angels' featuring inspirational images of caregivers, aides, nurses, and patients.
'Because You Loved Me' it tells the story of the connection between home care and hospice providers and their patients through images.
