This certification card is intended to be used in coordination with your printed certificates and a government issued photo ID to provide an Incident Commander or Field Team Leader with verification of your current NASAR certifications. This card will only list current NASAR certifications.
The front of this hard plastic laminate card lists your name and has your picture. The back of the card will list all your current NASAR Certificates, their expiration dates, your Instructor and Lead Evaluator status. Both sides of the card are covered with a holographic security laminate.
You will need to provide a passport style photo for the card by email to info@nasar.org.
