CECILE KOMARA earned her PhD degree in special education with an emphasis in early childhood special education from the University of Kansas in 2006. In 2012, she earned an MS degree in human environmental sciences majoring in human development and family studies. She is currently an assistant professor in the department of Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Alabama. She is a PATH Intl. Certified Advanced Instructor and also is a lead accreditation site visitor.
