BRETT BAUER grew up riding horses. She has a brother with disabilities and when these two worlds came together it made a perfect career path. She has been a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor for five years and currently works full time as an instructor and volunteer manager. She currently schedules volunteers for Heartland Therapeutic Riding, a PATH Intl. Premier Accredited Center (PAC) in Stilwell, KS, serving 65 weekly riders with 140 volunteer spots to fill. The center’s volunteer retention rate is high and currently has a waiting list for volunteers.
