This program will explore the nitty gritty of ethical billing from client retention, billing, special issues such as payment plans and modifications, case completion, to client communications post representation.  For many lawyers, billing can be a stressful situation but with the right knowledge and tools, the program will help you learn appropriate approaches relating to ethical billing, communicate effectively with clients regarding fees and costs, and produce not only happier (and paid) lawyers but more importantly happier clients. A portion of the time will be reserved to answer questions, so please feel free to bring questions to work through.
