Refund/Exchange Policy: You may cancel an order for an item purchased by contacting our office at 605.225.2445 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, as long as it has not shipped. If the item has shipped, you may return the item for a refund less the shipping expenses. There will be no refunds for membership purchases. Refunds for exhibit booths are per the exhibit contract. There are no refunds for event registrations, unless the event is cancelled by the SD AgriBusiness Association.
