This 90-minute webinar is part 2 of 2 and was recorded on October 9, 2013.
Chances are, you have dealt with a difficult person at some point in the past (maybe today??). It doesn’t seem to get any easier, does it? With the tips you learn in these sessions, you may never consider it “easy,” but you will begin to understand why they behave the way they do – and after all, it’s the behaviors we find difficult, isn’t it? AND, we’ll discuss tips on how to handle those behaviors.
In the second session of the Dealing with Difficult People series, “Cool, Calm and Collected,” we’ll continue to delve into behaviors that irritate us, by learning about those who always say nothing, no, or yes (which can be so frustrating!), as well as those who tend to explode. We’ll spend some time on how to stay cool, calm, and collected – what can we do to stay calm in the face of someone else’s difficult behavior? What are the steps we should follow if we choose to confront someone about their behavior? We’ll also leave with a list of key points to remember when dealing with difficult behaviors.
