Change, humans, simply put hate it! In fact, we will do just about anything to avoid change at all costs. We’ve all heard the following phrases; “We’ve always done it this way, why change it? Why change a good thing?” This is where the Change Management process can help. In this presentation, I will offer a proven process to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization to execute a change in any process, procedure or even personnel change. The need to ensure that changes are successfully implemented requires the “buy-in” from all stakeholders involved. This includes not only the top-level decision makers, but those that will be affected by the change. Therefore, a structured change management process is vital to the managing the organizational plan.
