You can recognize individuals as Early Scholars and/or as Emerging Professional Scholars. Up to 5 scholars can be recognized online. If you'd like to recognize more than five scholars, please contact the SSSS Office for rates and details.

Scholar Categories and Details
Early Scholars - To recognize an Early Scholar(s), the individual must have achieved one of the following accomplishments: 1) Authored/co-authored at least one publication dealing with sexuality. 2) Presented/co-presented at least 3 professional presentations on sexuality topics. 3) Helped to develop, implement or evaluate a sex education, counseling, therapy or health care program. 4) Worked on a professional committee dealing with sexuality.
Emerging Professional Scholars - To recognize an Emerging Professional Scholar(s), the individual must have achieved two of the following accomplishments: 1) First author of at least two publications dealing with sexuality. 2) Led at least 6 professional presentations on sexuality topics. 3) Led development, implementation or evaluation of a sex education counseling, therapy, or health care program. 4) Chaired/co-chaired a professional committee dealing with sexuality.
To Recognize Self or Others: You or who you recognize does NOT have to be a SSSS Member!
Two Step Process:
- Nominate the scholar(s), and make payment right here, by selecting the number of people you're nominating from the Fund Amount above, and providing details about the scholar (scholar category, name/degree, email address, phone #). Please make sure that both fund amount sections on this page, match the number of scholars you are recognizing.
- Submit an email to the SSSS Office, within two (2) weeks of completing Step 1, to include: a brief bio (max: 150 words) and a headshot photo of your scholar(s). Please send email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
