Online registration is now closed for the 2014 MHI Annual Meeting. At this time, you will need to register on-site at the Westin Kierland Resort. The MHI registration desk will be located on the lobby level of the hotel near the Trailblazer’s Ballroom. Registration hours are as follows:
Sunday, September 14, 2014 12:45pm-6:30pm
Monday, September 15, 2014 7:00am-6:00pm
Tuesday, September 16, 2014 7:15am-11:00am
** Annual Meeting Golf Tournament is being held at Westin Kierland Resort on Sunday, September 14 at 7:00 a.m.
CANCELLATIONS - MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING. Full refund on or before August 15; a $75 processing fee will apply for all meeting registration cancellations ($25 for golf cancellations) received August 16- September 5, 2014. No refunds will be issued after September 5, 2014. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
