CANCELLATIONS: MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING. Full refund on or before September 26; a $75 processing fee will apply for all cancellations received September 27 - October 17, 2014.  No refunds will be issued after October 17, 2014.  No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
