This year’s SOCAP Annual Conference

workshops and presenters will address key topics of Consumer Diversity; Loyalty;
and Engagement Channels.
The 2012 Annual Conference will
feature outstanding keynote speakers, Spotlight Sessions featuring
groundbreaking research and trends, interactive breakout sessions and unlimited
networking with customer care leaders from more than 100 industry
brands. The
conference will also include SOCAP’s Golf Tournament along with several
pre-conference social activities PLUS special post-conference sessions to
complete your conference experience.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds for cancellations must be made in writing (via email or fax) to the SOCAP National Office. A processing fee of $250 will be charged on refunds received on or before September 14, 2012. No refunds after September 14, 2012. Substitutions will be gladly accepted at no charge until September 28, 2012. A $150 fee will be charged on any substitutions made between September 28 and October 5, 2012. No substitutions after October 5, 2012. Registration transfers to future meetings will not be accepted.
