The topic of corporate governance has taken on a life of its own over the last decade.  It began with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, adopted in response to corporate and accounting wrongdoing, and continued through the Dodd-Frank Act of 2009, adopted in response to the financial crisis of the late 2000s.  This program covers the impact of these developments on public companies, as well as current key issues as seen from the company's view.
