As an
experienced elder law attorney and certified public accountant (CPA,) Tom
McCulloch is well-known for providing sound legal advice affecting the elderly.
The elder law practice of Weiner & McCulloch, PLLC is
encompasses traditional estate planning services as well as long term care
planning. Tom is Past President of the AAA-CPA and continues to serve on its
Board of Directors.
Susie Singer,

Susie Singer
graduated from the University of Florida in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in
Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. She received Dean's List
status and was a member of Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society as well as Chi Omega
sorority. In 2007 she received her J.D. from University of Houston Law Center.
While at the University of Houston Law Center, Ms. Singer served as an Attorney
Ad Litem for the Law Center's legal clinic, and served as a clerk for the First
Court of Appeals in Harris County, Texas. Ms. Singer was
admitted to the Texas Bar in May, 2007. Ms. Singer has focused on family law
litigation, probate, estate planning and elder care. She is a certified
mediator and a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association
Family Law and Probate Law Sections, and the Association for Women Attorneys
