The 2011/2012
season will begin on Tuesday, September 20,
2011, at which the principal speaker will be John Berger, Esq. tax partner
in Lowenstein Sandler discussing current NJ Tax Court cases involving the NJ
Division of Taxation denying credits for taxes paid to other states for certain
NJ resident shareholders of NJ S corporations conducting business outside NJ.
We will expand the discussion to cover other issues involving credits for taxes
paid to other states.
There will also be
a discussion of the recent NJ Supreme Court CBT throwout decision in Whirlpool
Properties and open discussion on other current developments.
