The new estate and gift tax law was enacted as part of the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010. The program will discuss the new estate and gift tax law and its impact on estate planning.
Stuart Simon is an attorney with the firm of Buchlater Nemer. Stuart graduated from the Loyola University of Los Angeles School of Law. He also has an M.B.T. from the University of Southern California and an LL.M. (Taxation) from NYU. Stuart is also licensed as a CPA (California).
