CANCELLATION POLICY:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by October 1, 2014 for a 100%* refund; between October 2 and October 9, 2014 for a 50%* refund. Due to advance commitments to the hotel, no refunds will be made after October 9, 2014.
*All cancellations will be subject to a $50 administrative fee, regardless of when requested or the reason.
