This presentation will compare the various methods of posterior mandibular ridge augmentation techniques to improve implant support in the distall extension areas. Techniques of allogenic block grafts, ridge expansion utilizing bone screws and ossteotomes will be illustrated.

1. Participants will be able to diagnose bone atrophy and formulate an appropriate treatment plan for enhancing bone width.
2. To review step by step the method employed for allogenic block graft augmentation
3. To illustrate step by step the technique of atromatic ridge expansion techniques.
