This presentation will span 45 Years of our clinical struggle to restore maxillary ridges to natural dimensions. This goal has been far more challenging than achieving successful results with sinus augmentation procedures. Though some believe that it is now possible to have equal success with both procedures, the lack of quality education and faculty, still make ridge correction a major challenge.
