Minimizing time exposure of an open flap surgery can reduce: edema, incision line opening, post-op infection, post-op discomfort, patient morbidity, post-op medication uptake, and, for the surgeon, chair time reduction. Clearly, this is a benefit to the patient.
This lecture is based on a two-part, multiple-case presentation:
1) Surgery: Stereolithography, bone graft guide, bone reduction guide, sinus window guide, GT incision guide, and optical scans will be implemented to reduce surgical time. Also, tissue regeneration with bone substitute such as allograph, xenography, PDGF, PRP, A-PRF, and BMP-2 will be described.
2) Immediate-load in the sthetic zone with All-on-4 or 6 scenario without graft to optimize time reduction.
