Description
The management of bone is one of the key determinants to achieving success in implant dentistry. When there is inadequate bone then regenerative surgical procedures become necessary to grow bone for implant placement. The success of these regenerative surgical procedures depend upon several factors. Incision design and closure maintenance are two of many of those critical factors. This brief presentation will attempt to show how the use of remote incisions can improved the success of onlay grafting regenerative techniques.
