Ryan Atkinson, Chief Credit Officer for Global Markets and Investment Banking and Capital Markets, Credit Suisse
Ryan Atkinson is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse and is based in New York. He is Chief Credit Officer for Global Markets and Investment Banking and Capital Markets.
Ryan rejoined Credit Suisse in June 2015. He first joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 1999 as a member of the Investment Grade Bond Trading desk. In 2003, Ryan moved to Asset Management where he was the Head of Research for a multi-strategy credit hedge fund that was spun out in 2005. In 2008, he returned to Credit Suisse as a member of the Distressed Debt Trading business. Between 2012 and February 2015, Ryan worked for RBC Capital Markets, most recently as Co-Head of High Yield, Loan and CLO trading. Prior to becoming the CCO for GM/IBCM he was the Global Head of the Enterprise Valuation Group within IBCM. Ryan started his professional career in Mergers and Acquisitions at BT Wolfensohn.
Ryan holds a M.B.A in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Accounting.
Robert Fellows, Head of Credit Risk and Senior Credit Officer, ING Financial Services, LLC
Robert began his career in the management training program of a regional commercial bank in California, first assigned in the branch network and responsible for consumer and small business loans. This advanced to wholesale commercial banking, after which he joined a predecessor of ING in Los Angeles, as a calling officer, later moving to New York and working in various Front Office roles. In 2003, he moved to Risk Management as a Senior Credit Officer covering Structured Finance Business Units, including Leveraged Lending, Project Finance, Asset Based Lending, Oil & Gas Reserve Based Lending and Trade & Commodity Finance. Responsibility now includes supervising a team of credit officers and administration staff.

Reena Walia, Chief Credit Officer, Regional Head of Market & Credit Risk, HSBC
Reena Walia is currently the Chief Credit Officer and Regional Head of Market & Credit Risk at HSBC.
Previously, Reena was the Chief Risk Officer for 20 Gates Management. She was a senior advisor to the CEO on all risk related matters.
As Head of Enterprise Risk Management for Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) from 2011-2015, Reena was responsible for a 60+ team in managing enterprise-level risks for all corporate securities traded within US. By architecting and implementing a Board-sponsored $130 million, 5-year strategic plan, Reena transformed DTCC into a SIFMU-compliant organization under Dodd-Frank.
Prior to that, Reena was Head of Investment Products, Americas for Citigroup. She was responsible for $135 bn AUM for Citigroup's Asset Management business. She provided technical leadership in the formulation and implementation of advanced analytics for investment market risk and credit risk.
Reena was previously Global Head of Structured Products for Credit Suisse. She was responsible for restructuring distressed portfolios, and establishing risk frameworks to subsequently grow the business profitably (global risk book of $33.5bn). She managed the wind-down of the portfolio in the 2008 crisis with very limited losses.
Reena earned her Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from The Australian National University, and, a Post-Graduate in Applied Finance & Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia.
