Our association blocks hotel rooms for our attendees to ensure lower room rates for attendees and discounted meeting facility rates. Reserving a room in the association block supports the association and enables all attendees to enjoy a less expensive and expanded conference. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. Please note that attendees booking a hotel room outside of the established association block will incur a fee of $50.
