Audio-Conference Description

The deadline for home health agencies to comply with new Conditions of Participation (CoPs) is now right around the corner!  The requirements of the new CoPs are daunting.  Agencies need all of the tips and shortcuts they can get, especially at this point!  The purpose of this presentation is to provide a review and refresher regarding applicable requirements, with an emphasis on practical solutions to achieve compliance.  Tips and shortcuts to get the job done as quickly and cost-effectively as possible will be included.  What about emergency preparedness, especially developing plans for patients?  How can agencies implement requirements related to informed consent?  What about discharge policies and procedures?  How do interpretive guidelines help agencies comply?  Handouts will be provided and there will be ample time for questions.
