Audio-Conference Description

After 15 years of experience with PPS, agencies have come to understand that a strong therapy program is essential to success. The quality and strength of the therapy program will determine financial and operational viability, audit risk, clinical outcomes, patient and referral source satisfaction, and market share. The challenge in building such a program is the ability to recruit, hire, train, and retain quality team members while also holding them accountable to meeting agency targets. To accomplish this goal, agencies must set measurable expectations and design metric-based accountability tools that clearly monitor and report data at the associate level, while fostering an environment that rewards excellence in clinical care and operations. Join us for this informative teleconference that will provide your team with insight into best practices, exposure to advanced management tools, and industry data that can be immediately utilized in building a therapy foundation or improving upon your current one.

About the Speaker:

Chad Whitefield, PTA, is the managing partner at Advance Rehabilitation Management Group (ARMG), a national consulting, staffing, and management company specializing in rehabilitation services within homecare, acute care, and outpatient companies. Chad also was the founder of Advance Rehabilitation Physical Therapy which is now part of USPH, a publicly traded rehabilitation company with over 400 offices. ARMG has successfully helped companies transform their therapy programs for 19 years. Clients have included solo practitioners, regional providers, venture capital corporations, franchise operators, and publicly traded companies. Chad was recently re-appointed by the Governor of Georgia to a second term on the Georgia Board of Physical Therapy and is actively involved with the American Physical Therapy Association and several state homecare associations.
