Advance registrations will be accepted through Friday, April 11. Members holding the Premium, Premium Plus, Emeritus Foundation, Student Premier or Past President category must pre-register for the conference.

On-Site Registrations
Any registrations received after Friday, April 11 will be treated as an on-site registration and will be charged an additional $40. Typeset badges, speaker handouts, tickets for meal functions and other amenities may not be available to on-site registrants – so register early!

When you arrive at Renaissance Conference Center check in at the Registration desk. You will receive your conference packet, which will include the program, your badge and, if applicable, purchased meal and entertainment tickets.

Tuesday, April 29: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday, April 30: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday, May 1: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Housing Information
Illinois ASBO has contracted with the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel to get you the best accommodations at an affordable rate. Book your room through the online booking page exclusively for our Conference. You must use this new online system and book your room by April 5 to receive the Illinois ASBO room rate. Purchase Orders
Receipt of a purchase order does not constitute payment for pre-registration discount. If full payment is not received by Friday, April 11 (pre-registration deadline), the registrant will be invoiced the regular registration fee.

Refunds
Conference Registration – Upon written request and prior to Friday, April 4, complete registration refunds will be processed. After that date, only 50% will be refunded until Friday, April 11. Cancellations received after April 11 will not be refunded. No shows who have not prepaid will be invoiced for the registration fee.

Meals – Once meal guarantees are given on Friday, April 11, there will be no refunds. No shows who have not prepaid will be invoiced. While every effort will be made to accommodate late and/or onsite registrations, meal reservations will be very limited and may be unavailable.
