Registration Steps

Step 1.  Review these Steps and click Register For This Event below to reach the Online Store.

Step 2.  Select a Registration Fee (Regular, Corporate, or Student) and desired Options [Geotechnical Field Tours 1 and 2 and or printed copy of the Abstract volume] first for yourself only.

Step 3.  Click Next to register a spouse or guest, if any. Enter the number of guests, their name, and select registration and other options.

Step 4.  Click Next to review Cart items, then click Check Out to complete your payment (Visa or MasterCard only) via the secure Online Store. A receipt will promptly be emailed to you.

REGISTRATION FEES
The UMC fee schedule below provides for Regular, Corporate, Student and Late registration options, as well as a discount benefit to current members of the International Marine Minerals Society.  Only VISA and MasterCard payments are accepted.

REGULAR Fee:  Members USD 625, Non Members USD 695
Covers welcoming reception, technical sessions and materials, lunches, banquet, and one-year membership to IMMS.
Corporate BASIC Fee:  USD 1020
Covers welcoming reception, technical sessions and materials, lunches, UMC banquet, 2019 membership to IMMS, and recognition in media promotions.
Corporate SILVER Fee:  USD 1365
Covers welcoming reception, technical sessions and materials, lunches, UMC banquet, 2019 membership to IMMS, recognition in media promotions and exhibition space of 6m2.
Corporate GOLD Fee:  USD 2700
Covers welcoming reception, technical sessions and materials, lunches, UMC banquet, 2019 membership to IMMS, recognition in media promotions and exhibition space of 12m2.
Student Fee:  USD 500
Covers welcoming reception, technical sessions and materials, lunches, banquet, and 2019 membership to IMMS. 
Spouse/Guest Fee:  USD 220
Covers welcoming reception on September 10 and banquet on September 12. 
Late Fee:  USD 50
An automatic late fee of USD 50 is assessed for those registering after July 31, 2018.

Spouse-Guest Tour 1: SOGNEFJORD IN A NUTSHELL Fee:  USD 335
Spouses or guests only may register for this all day tour on Tuesday, September 11.
Spouse-Guest Tour 2: MORNING WALKING TOUR OF BERGEN Fee:  USD 30
Spouses or guests only may register for this morning tour on Wednesday, September 12.
Geotechnical Field Tour 1 Fee (September 13):  USD 65
Participants and their guests may register for this tour.
Geotechnical Field Tour 2 Fee (September 14):  USD 120
Participants and their guests may register for this tour.
Abstracts (printed volume):  USD 60
A digital version of the abstracts will be provided to each registrant. This option provides you also with a printed volume.

CANCELATIONS
Refunds (less USD 50 processing fee) will be allowed for written cancelations (email or fax) received by July 31, 2018.
