Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be granted until April 6, 2018. All cancellations must be sent in writing to NAVCP via mail, fax or e-mail. A charge of $150 will be deducted from your refund to cover processing fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 7, 2018.


Early registration ends on 3/9/2018.
Regular registration starts on 3/10/2018 and ends on 4/7/2018.
Late registration starts on 4/7/2018.
