Registration Instructions

Please verify you membership status before registering. If you need to renew or would like to join, then proceed with the membership first then register for the meeting. Or add the membership to your cart BEFORE registering for the meeting. You may also renew or join with the membership form.

If you are submitting a registration on behalf of another, please fill out the registration with the attendee’s information. DO NOT login using your information. You MUST be logged in under the attendee. Name, email address, phone number, mailing address and badge info should be the attendee’s information and not yours. Your name should not appear anywhere on the registration. The only exception is the name on the credit card.

If you are submitting registrations for multiple people, it is highly recommended that you use the registration form and email, mail or fax them in. If you choose to register them online then please follow the instructions above.

• Do no submit multiple registrations logged in under the same account.
• ​After completing the first, you MUST LOG OUT before submitting the next registration. Each attendee needs their own account. Failure to do so will submit inaccurate information.

If you need a confirmation/receipt of the registration, you have the option of providing an additional email address on the “Checkout” screen. If you need a PDF version, please contact registrar@simbhq.org.

Cancellations​

Cancellation requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to registrar@simbhq.org before 5 pm eastern daylight savings time, March 24, 2015. Refunds will be issued, less a $75.00 USD administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after March 24, 2015. Substitutions are premitted.

Wire Transfer Payments

Please note that a wire transfer fee of $40 needs to be added to your registration total. Contact registrar@simbhq.org for bank information. If an invoice is needed with the wire transfer fee included with your registration total, please note this in your bank information request. If you are registering online please select the “Bill Me” option (we will add the fee). If you are submitting a registration form, indicate that you will be paying by wire transfer.

Photo Release Policy: Registrant grants permission to SIMB to use registrant’s image or likeness for any and all promotional purposes.
