Building Blocks of Resilience (C1)

• Learn about external and internal assets identified by the Search Institute as keys to supporting healthy development in children and adolescents.
• Hear how one UMA member is putting this research into practice and measuring and monitoring skills and social resources to improve young people’s opportunities to succeed.
• Hear about a successful community effort to support at-risk youth and discuss how other United Methodist ministries might partner to create or replicate this model to serve people in their communities.
