A8 - Every Child is Adoptable

New research from Child Trends shows that children in foster care served by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption’s Wendy’s Wonderful Kids recruitment program are 1.5 times more likely to be adopted than those not served by WWK. For children who are older, children with siblings who are also available for adoption, and children who are physically or emotionally challenged, the impact of WWK’s child-focused recruitment model is even greater. These children are three times more likely to find forever families when served by a WWK recruiter.
