  • Explore creative approaches to support individuals in the community by addressing the specific problems and needs of each client.
  • Hear about diverse, innovative, community- focused, collaborative programs including Open Table, Sarah’s House and Tandem 365 working to better serve clients in the community.
  • Understand how collaborations with local government, churches, healthcare providers and law enforcement can support greater outcomes for the community-at-large.
